A note from Wild Goose

View of Mull from Iona picture

We struggle to make sense of death - not least amidst the events of recent times, with an airliner shot out of the sky and yet more clashes over territories resulting in the suffering of innocent civilians. And it’s no easier when those close to us die in the natural course of things. We who are left behind need to find words and other ways to express grief and wider meaning.

We hope that Ruth Burgess’s book Saying Goodbye has been able to contribute in a small way to that quest. The further downloads available this week complete the set of separate sections of that book obtainable from our website.

Looking forward, we have a book by Alastair McIntosh coming soon. But more about that next time …

And don’t forget that our special offer* ends on July 31st.
