Kathy Galloway is a practical theologian, campaigner and writer. The major focus of her work has always been peacemaking and social justice issues, especially relating to poverty and gender. She was formerly Warden of Iona Abbey, and Leader of the Iona Community 2002-9, the first woman to be elected to the post. She has also worked as Head of Christian Aid Scotland and for Church Action on Poverty. She is the author of a dozen books on justice issues, spirituality and poetry and her writings have been widely anthologised.
Lesley Orr is a feminist historian and activist from Edinburgh. She has been involved for many years in movements challenging gender inequality, abuse and violence in faith communities and wider society. Lesley is a member of the Iona Community.
