This week we have a new book by Alastair McIntosh. Alastair is one of those people whose enthusiasm and involvement in so many aspects of life make it almost impossible to categorise his writing. An activist on social, environmental and spiritual issues, he is a founding director of the GalGael Trust for the regeneration of people and place, located in Govan – the original mainland home of the Iona Community. His writing in his previous books, such as Soil and Soul, has been described by the Bishop of Liverpool as ‘life-changing’, by journalist George Monbiot as ‘world-changing’ and by Thom Yorke of Radiohead as ‘truly mental’.
