Iain Whyte has been a member of the Iona Community since 1966, and has worked as a University Chaplain, in Church of Scotland parishes, in West Africa and as head of Christian Aid Scotland. He remains active in the areas of Southern Africa and Palestine, and has researched and written on issues of historical and modern racism and slavery.
Isabel Whyte is a member of the Iona Community who first went to an Iona Youth Camp in 1961, then later to cook and lead. She has been a teacher and Healthcare Chaplain and has had a lifelong involvement in peace-making and issues of justice.
