The ‘Living the Questions’ series of DVD curricula, which are despatched from the USA, are not subject to VAT, although customers may in some instances be liable for a UK customs charge on receipt of these items.
We endeavour to send out your order within two to five days of receipt, although this period may be longer at holiday times such as Christmas and New Year. Orders to UK customers are sent mostly by 48-hour mail, while orders to overseas customers are usually sent by airmail.
Payment for goods ordered via Wild Goose Publications’ website is accepted by means of various credit and debit cards which are processed by RBSWorldPay via its secure server. This facility also enables payments by PayPal. Your credit or debit card or PayPal details are never seen by Wild Goose Publications and are not stored by us.

If you decide you want to return a purchase, you must inform us of that fact within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned within 30 days in a good-as-new condition. The cost of postage for returning goods is at your own expense.
